Conference fees
(Payments are processed through Eawag, so the fees are given in Swiss Francs. Payment should be made by credit/debit card, and it is processed immediately after the registration form is filled. The formal receipt of the payment is sent to registered participants by Eaway within two weeks.)
Regular participants [Register] – Late bird: 635 CHF
Students [Register] – Late bird: 515 CHF
(After registration, student participants have to upload the proof of their student status here).
Accompanying person [Register] – Late bird: 515* CHF

*Accompanying persons paying the “late bird fee” receive a refund of € 50 on-site.
Conference fee includes all conference materials, access to sessions, lunches, dinners, coffe breaks with refreshments during the scientific sessions, and the social evening (in other words, what you need to pay extra is only the travel, accommodation with breakfast, and drinking costs). Accompanying person fee covers lunches, dinners, and all social activities.
Cancellation policy
In case the participant cannot attend, the conference fee may be partially refunded (by bank transfer). The cancellation fee (covering organization, administartion and fixed costs) depends on the period when the cancellation is announced to the organisers (by email to info@cladocera2024.org). Please, include all information necessary for international bank transfer in the cancellation email.
Until July 15: cancellation fee 25%; until August 15: cancellation fee 50%; until September 15: cancellation fee 75%. If cancelling after September 15, no refund is possible.
Accommodation
Accommodation in the suggested hotels (directly at the conference venue or in a recommended budget hotel) are available at special conference rates. Verbania offers a wide range of other accommodation options.
